I spend too much time relaxing.

Said no one. Ever.

Join me, every other Sunday for some dedicated time to relax, connect and bond with your tiny human. Each session we will explore a different topic, connect with other women and pregnant people, practice breath work for labour and experience some deep guided relaxation. You'll also have access to any relevant handouts relevant to the session's topic.

These pregnancy relaxation sessions in Norwich, Norfolk are a great compliment to my Hypnobirthing Birthing Programme or any other antenatal birth preparation that you might be doing. They’re particularly great if you’ve done Hypnobirthing for a previous birth and would like some ‘top up’ sessions for your next birth.

COST

£30 for a block of 6 sessions OR £8 per session pay as you go rate

Sessions are ordinarily held at ‘Your Tiny Human Hub’, Coltishall, Norfolk, UK but are currently all ONLINE over ZOOM. Find out more HERE.

Why is pregnancy relaxation a good idea?

Did you know that when you're relaxed, your body is full of happy feel good hormones? These hormones transfer to your baby. So basically, if you feel good, your baby feels good. But these sessions aren't just about relaxation, they're also about providing a safe space for you to explore all things pregnancy, birth and early parenthood; supporting a positive mindset so you feel strong and confident about birth; and creating an opportunity to practice your tools for labour and birth.

I want to join the 6 session block but I missed the start

No worries, each ‘block’ will roll on to the next so your 6 sessions can start whenever you like.

When in my pregnancy should I join?

Anytime! It’s completely up to you.

What do I need?

All you need is yourself and comfy clothes. If you have a favourite blanket or cushion you might like to bring that but otherwise everything will be provided for you.

COVID UPDATE - The sessions are currently being held online so you can relax in the comfort of your own home. When you book, you’ll be sent a Zoom link to your session. Then all you need is a snuggly space. You may like to have a yoga mat on the floor, some candles lit, a glass of water nearby and some comfy clothes. You may prefer to wear headphones for this session, particularly for the relaxation element.
